In order to fulfill the instructions of the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, in the meeting with the financial, tax and customs authorities on May, 10th of the current year on eliminating of existing defects, finding the ways of problems’ solve, improvement of the public administration system, financial stability, improvement of investment climate and business support and for implementation of the decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan from March, 1st 2019 under the #95 “About Action Plan for the implementation of 300 days of reforms to support entrepreneurship and improvement of investment climate in the Republic of Tajikistan” on June, 3rd 2019 it was conducted a seminar on presentation of an interactive portal business to business (В2В) and development of electronic services of tax authorities in Hotel “Hayat Regency” in cooperation with Tax Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The seminar was opened by the Deputy Chairman of the State Committee on Investments and State Property Management, M. Nigina Anvari, and the First Deputy Chairman of the Tax Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan Mr. Solehzoda Aubjon.
It was noted that strengthening of the legislative framework in regulating entrepreneurship, raising professional skills, promoting producers and exporters, strengthening public-private dialogue and attraction of investments, social protection of the population, enhancement of the labor market and strengthening human potential is in a constant assessment and concrete of the Government of Tajikistan measures are being undertaken to address them.
There was a presentation on the interactive business portal of entrepreneurship (В2В) by the management of SUE "Tojinvest" and introduction of electronic services of tax authorities by the management of SUE "Centralization tax administration program" in the seminar - consultation.
Key goals and objectives of the interactive business portal with the entrepreneurship (В2В) include the improvement of business environment, providing services to domestic and foreign businessmen, the field of presentation of companies, providing information resources on the legal and economic fields of business, information about business and investment opportunities, import and export direction and promoting entrepreneurship development. The Portal contributes to the acquisition of partners, information on potential partners, guidelines for entrepreneurs and investors, the acquisition of goods and services, information on promotion of business and services in the country.
As of June 1, 2019, the Tax Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan introduced the e-service portal for taxpayers. This portal consisted of 36 types of electronic services for taxpayers, posted on the official website of the Tax Committee, which made it a success step to create favorable conditions for taxpayers and ease of use of electronic services for the fulfillment of tax obligations. At the same time, it can be assured that introduction of the portal will be one of the mechanisms for preventing corrupt nature and will reduce the relationship between the taxpayer and the tax authority.
It should be noted that taxpayers have been fully accessible from the moment of registration since the termination of the activity of the e-Service portal of the Tax Committee and due to the tax obligation the financial costs and savings have been reduced significantly.
In the event was attended heads and nominated people of the State Committee on Investments and State Property Management, Tax Committee, ministries, departments, executive bodies of state power, development partners, local entrepreneurs from cities and districts of the republic and foreign investors.
After the speeches and presentations, it was question and answer and discussion section with the active participation of all participants were held.
